Frustrating Lack of Resolution and Prolonged Account Discrepancy

Absolutely disappointed with the handling of my account discrepancy by Telkom ann Nudebt. Despite multiple attempts to address the issue, including a telephonic conversation and a WhatsApp message to Telkom and Nudebt, the problem persists. It's absurd that a discrepancy spanning over 10 years remains unresolved. The lack of urgency and efficiency in rectifying this matter is appalling. My requests for assistance seem to fall on deaf ears, and there's been no tangible progress in clearing my name from any outstanding balances. Telkom and NuDebt incompetence in handling this situation has caused immense frustration and inconvenience. I expected better customer service and a more proactive approach to resolving issues. It's disheartening to see such disregard for customer concerns. Avoid Telkom if you value prompt and effective resolution of your problems.
