Frustrating calls

Please read this,

Recently have been getting many calls from a company using telkoms name, i was told many things,

One of these amazing telesales consultants who have no intelligence called me and remained silent on a call he then asked me why am laughing like a child and he hung up.

One person called me to renew my contract without asking permission, when I objected to the misslead I was spoken to like I was a child, i was not going to let someone talk down to me who needed my renewal to make a sale for themselves

I have now blocked all contact from this company who pretends to be telkom, since my duration over the past 5 years i have never encountered such utter and poor customer service s I have experienced since May this year.

If I get more phone calls or get harassed by this company I will take it to the ombudsman amd have this company sued.
