Frustrating
I have been waiting 4 months to get my Telkom line and Fibre to be installed. Only to be told that the technician will be coming. To date I have made numerous calls to the call center and layed a complaint but to no avail. Either Telkom really doesn’t need the business or they don’t have any customer care! My contact details are ********** 142. I await a feedback from this post! Frustrated customer!!!
