Frustrated with the incompetence of Telkom.

I have been trying to get WiFi from Telkom since September 2018. Every time I call, I either receive excuses or apologies as to why it's not happening but no one does anything about it. One consultant even cancelled my order without my permission. There are people in my area that received WiFi and they app**** after me. I'm really frustrated with the incompetence that I have to deal with.
