Frustrated with Telkom Service

Took out telkom contract December 2017 uncapped Lte wifi @ R799/month...they informed us line speed 10mbps....January had internet connection problem..went into Telkom Richards Bay...advised us upgrade to R899 contract and no further problems will happen...since February to date every month for 5 days no internet...tried calling all telkom fault numbers..either give you another contact number or there is no reply...Telkom shop has no idea about technical problems
