Frustrated with telkom

Telkom. I have asked for a line transfer. Date set. Technician did not arrive. Set new date. Technician comes. Say will be back. Week later phone telkom to reset new date. Technician arrives. Ones again left without doing the job. Besides costing me money taking off from work i still pay monthly. This been going on for the last month. Im really tired of your service and on my way to cancel my account. Frustrated
