Frustrated with telkom !!!
Terrible service!!! Telkom landline for my business not working since the 15th of May. Having that line for the past 16 years, one can only imagine my frustration. Called tell on many times but still no joy.

My landline number is ***,I did call in many times and my fault is still pending.I also requested for call forwarding but unfortunately that isnt working.I went into the pavilion telkom store to apply for a telkom look alike sim which i app**** for on the 04 of june only to call in the call centre yesterday and find out that my order hasnt been placed yet,so you can imagine the frustration.The guy did however place an order agajn for the telkom look alike,the ref is ***A.
Your assistance will be highly appreciated,if the escalate the look alike sim,that will be even better.
