Frustrated with incompetence

last year december i had a fault on the land line. telkom did not come out to fix it as they had a skeleton staff. long story short, my ID caller was not restored. complain after complain and e mails after e mails and also going into there Cresta branch has not helped. i am always told that i need to deal with SALES who dont ever pick up their phones when we call or get transfered to when we complain. i am so frustrated with their incompetence. for the last 7 months i am paying for a service which does not work. today i called billing to ask them to give me a credit, again i am told by Ntombazipheli i need to call SALES ????? i am sick of the run around.
