FRUSTRATED TO SAY THE LEAST!!!!

I have been trying to have my domain released by Telkom as far back as 2020. I had assumed same had been done, however, recently when I changed ISP it has now come to light that Telkom still holds my domain. For 30 days we have been requesting that same be released but each attempt gets rejected.

I have settled my account in full, I have forwarded all documentation requested by Hostmaster, but NO reply!

Who do I speak to. I do not want to wait for an automated email any longer!
