Frustrated Telkom user

Unfortunately they don't even deserve this one star. They never debit my account on time always go in my account too early don't receive funds and then my account goes in arrears. this happened twice last year. My December payment does not reflect on my statement and now my account shows in arrears again. My ITC rating is being affected by this and it is so difficult to get a statement or letter to say my account is not in arrears, for them to update my ITC and or to get a letter confirming my installment and balance due is Zero. I have been phoning them since the beginning of January as we are in the process of buying a house and all the bank needs is confirmation from them. This is really frustrating. Please don't ever take out a contract with them their service and accounts department are pathetic.
