FRUSTRATED - TELKOM DOES NOT ANSWER MY CALLS!!!
I have been phoning Telkom Customer service 10210 for days now!! I hold on for such a long time then when my call finally goes through they don't answer the call or simply just cut you off!! I can even here the staff chatting away and laughing in the background!!! But they don't do their work and answer the calls!! This is very frustrating as I have been trying for days now to get through!! <br> <br> PATHETIC SERVICE TELKOM!!!!<br>
