Frustrated Telkom Customer

My Complaint about Telkom and their cables running across my property which is on my way obstructing me from building. I have called on numerous occasions and I was told that someone will get back to me but I am still waiting. I have a number of Reference numbers and it seems that telkom just doesn't care of the customers needs. It is frustrating to wait so long on the phone for an agent to pick up and be told the same thing over and over. Nothing is being done to relocate the cables.
