Frustrated Telkom customer

Good day I got a contract cell phone via Telkom almost 4 years ago, it was a 2 year contract. After 2 years im still paying, i called numerous time for over a year and no help to stop the contract!. i do not have the simcard no more so im paying for something im not using. Can someone please look into this as i would like to refunded, Regards
