Frustrated Telkom client, lack of customer care

Ask for a wifi sim swap on Monday 17th July 2023 and was told that the is an issue with the system however will ask the back office to finalize the process and the sim will be activated by Thursday. When I followed up on Thursday with a customer care agent, I was sent a message that the issue is not resolved. When I asked for management's details to escalate the query, the agent decided to ignore all messages till today, Saturday 22nd July. I have spent a lot of money on data while awaiting for telkom to do the sim swap! I was hoping that they would give a temporary sim card to use while busy sorting out their system, after all, my wifi sim is Unlimited as I need to have it all the time for work and school. Because of their incompetence, no data and no update from Telkom.
