Frustrated over Telkom Sim Swap

I was in an unfortunate event where my phone was ****** and I had to blacklist the sim and device. I bought the new sim card yesterday and called Telkom mobile asking them to do a sim swap for me only to be told that they no longer do sim swaps over the phone and that I should go to a Telkom store. My problem is not about going to a Telkom store. I wouldn't mind having to do that. My problem is that I live in Musina where there is no Telkom store. The closest Telkom store I know is in Loius Trichardt, 100km away plus a R56 toll gate one way. Now my question is, why do I have to travel a distance of 200km and R120 later to sim swap a 99c sim card. I do not understand why you would stock your sim cards in stores in areas where consumers will not be allowed to do a sim swap or at the comfort of your own home. Its either you bring the Telkom store to us or not stock your products in areas where you will not be able to service clients fully. Otherwise, if you can pay the costs for me to travel to the nearest Telkom store, I will do it.
