Frustrated need assistance

I am not happy with the experience I received at telkom concerning my refund case.. The lady who was assisting me doesn't respond on my emails.Ihave been to the branch and they advise that the cal Centre can assist as billing is done there but it's been a month no joy as I have submitted everything required,my Case no ***7. The lady email is ***... I'm so disappointed as now it was it who didn't pay her instalments I would be placed to credit burue yet now I have waited for more than 30 days and no response and no one to assist.
