Frustrated customer of telecom

I am very disappointed in the service I received from you today. I have been having endless s connection issues with the router you provided with the renewal of our contact in Dec 24. Since the receipt of the router it has not worked properly.. Connection issues 10 times a day. I am so frustrated.. Have been a loyal customer for over 5yrs n is so close to canceling contract. The service received n trfd from Pilar to post just to get issue sorted. Still after 2 month not sorted. Please can someone help. Frustration customer ***
