Frustrated Customer!

I am very unhappy with the service provider by Telkom Westwood mall staff.

I came into the branch last week to take a contact and now one week later it is still being processed. I have made numerous attempts to contact the branch telephonically but have failed. It rings or someone answers and agrees but does nothing to help.

Yet I will be billed end of the month for a service that was provided.
