Frustrated customer

So frustrating to call Telkom cancellation department I’ve got two contracts with the just renewed one and I want to cancel the other it’s been more than a month now since trying to call them, you stay on the call for more than an hour and no one answers, this morning went to their store in East Gate was told that they can’t help me I must phone the same call centre that is not picking up my calls, they even tried to call using their phone same thing happened was on the phone for more than 30min still no answer , can someone call me and cancel my contract.
