Frustrated customer

Twlkom upgraded my account without my consent from R599 to R649. I've been trying to get help from.call center and even went to the branch and NOTHING no help all. The call center guys are so disrespectful. They not listening to customers. They quick to respond without understanding the claim. The system is even worse. I'm frustrated shame
