Frustrated customer

I am a prepaid customer willingly paying exorbitant rates for data yet almost everyday ...whole day at intervals, my internet service is disrupted for long periods at a time with the infamous "your out of bundle" notification yet there is more than sufficient available data. What is this??? Telkom, seriously, get your act together.
