Frustrated by website
<p>I find this websiteTHE MOST FRUSTRATING and user UNFRIENDLY site ever. On 16/9/2016 I logged a dispute on their system. It does not even appear anywhere on My Account. What was the use of doing it at all????</p> <p>This morning I have been waiting since 8h00 on their Telkom Chat with still no reply or contact at *** is the purpose of this system???</p>
