Frustrated by poor service

I have been calling Telkom with hopes of getting assistance regarding insurance for my new cellphone device i.e. Samsung Galaxy A34 5g. Whenever I reach telkom I would be given a different number to call, given by lousy consultants. This has been happening for past two days now and I am getting really frustrated with the service I'm receiving.

The last female consultant told me that I need to go straight to Telkom Store, which is ridiculous. The manner the phone was purchase, was through telephonically and it was delivered to my address last week Friday the 9th of June 2023. So, I seriously do not see a point of going to a store because I know, I will be told that I need to contact one of the numbers I have been calling for the past two days.

So please, can I get someone who is professional and who knows their job to assist me with this matter. I want to insure my cellphone device that all I'm asking for.
