Frustrated & Annoyed

OH MY WORD - You need more than patience to deal with Telkom!!! First they just delete your email address... dont ask me how this happens, but hey who are we to ask any smart questions. Secondly, when they attempt to rectify this problem, they just put you onto a package that was never supposed to be AND it costs you twice the amount AND you have never ever been on this package. For the past 5 or more years, I have always been on the same package. Now they get clever and just change it?! I mean really? Who gives them the authority to do what the hell they like? I have honestly had enough. Telkom, You Need To Catch A Wake-Up!
