FRUSTRATED AND REGRET USING TELKOM AS MY SERVICE PROVIDER

I was ****** off my phone and Telkom is not assisting me. I can't even do a SIM Swap as am requested to pay an amount of R5700 as my was suspended due to *****!

Am very frustrated right now, as I don't have a phone nor can't process a SIM swap. No one is responding to me. The Telkom shop in Park Station were not helpful as well the call centre!

Can some one assist me URGENTLY!!!
