Frustrated and Livid with bad service

I renewed my contract with telkom and got a new model of router that they say it's Huawei I have struggled with it since day one I keep taking it to the shop in wonderpark and they keep giving me a run around I have a work router and it never gives me problem Its unfair that I'm paying for something thag is constantly buffing and I can't watch anything I'm disgusted by telkoms service and I'm beyong frustrated with then I'm livid that they would give me a router that 90% of the time buffs my previous router never used to do this.
