Frustrated and Inconvenienced by Telkom

Adding to my previous message, I called and spoke to a consultant by the name of Smangele Bengu at the beginning the service was ok. It went south when I was trying to understand why did then Telkom decide they will debit on the date not agreed to by me as per contract. She muted the call during this conversation and this is so rude. Iam in a customer care field and I understand how important a customer concern is. The call recording can be listened to in order to prove this since all calls are recorded. If I don’t respond to Telkom’s message saying they want to change the debit date and I don’t respond as a customer, why don’t they debit on the agreed date rather than assume that the date they mention in their communication is suitable for me???? That is in breach of contract and unacceptable. Now my account is in collections and this could have been avoided. I have been a loyal customer to Telkom since 2011 and not once had I had a complaint but in the past month their message system to change debit dates in December is ridiculous. The month of December should be treated like any other month. If my debit date changes I will simply contact Telkom simple.
