Frustrated and Disappointed

I am so disappointed at telkom. I was hospitalized for four days and I had no network coverage the entire stay and I could not chat with my family and friends due to this. I was so frustrated. I gave Telkom the benefit of the doubt but today I realized I had no network coverage the entire afternoon and needed to get things done but I couldn't so I will be changing to a different network provider soon.
