Frustrated and Angry at Telkom and Vumatel

I am frustrated with Telkom. I haven’t had internet for almost 2 weeks .I’ve called their call center 10210 for over 10 times. They tell me that all is fine on their system I should wait a little bit and internet will be available. I’ve asked them so send a technician to my house so that this thing can be sorted. And no technical has been sent.

I wish there was a way of cancelling this deal. I’m really frustrated. I can’t be paying R900 for fibre internet and not get it.
