Frustrated

I'm appalled by Telkom's service. I upgraded online and was supposed to receive a Samsung S24 FE, but it never arrived. Telkom told me it was sent to Skynet for delivery, but when I followed up, I was informed that the Skynet car carrying my order was HIJACKED on its way to deliver my package! You'd think that would be a valid reason for Telkom to cancel the order and assist me, but no, they're still refusing to help. Unbelievable!
