FRUSTRATED

I bought a laptop which is less than a year old, and yet the battery of that laptop have ceased. I tried to book it in at the Fourways branch in addition to being insulted by your sales guy Eric I was told I have to bring it in during business hours.<br> you guys have been sending me messages and when I try to send you replies, the emails you provide are not for replies. HOW THEN DO YOU EXPECT ME TO BE IN TOUCH WITH YOU IF YOU GIVE ME EMAILS THAT DO NOT GO THROUGH TO YOU AND PHONE NUMBERS THAT GO TO THE CALL CENTRE WHERE YOU CAN NOT BE REACHED???
