Frustrated

I had an account with telkom which was ********** due to a certain individual *******ly using my identity number under false pretence. On the 15th of Decemeber 2015, I received an sms from Telkom telling me that the contracts of that ********** account have been cancelled. However, I am always getting threatening smses from Nudebt saying telkom has handed over my account to them. As of today, I got an sms from Nudebt saying a trace locator has been added to my Credit Bureau profile due to a default with telkom. <br> <br> I called Nudebt and they told me they can't help me if telkom does not give them an order to withdraw from the matter. I want to know why am I still threatened by Nudebt even though telkom sent me an sms of clearence?
