Frustrated

Its been two weeks now trying to lay a cell phone insurance claim with Telkom Finrite, they dont answer their phones and never responds to my emails or call me back. Its becoming such a frustrating process,to the pint of loosing concentration at work while busy dialing the administrator that never comes to the party.
