Please can I get some guidance here. No internet since Sunday.. technicians call.. call drops and no call back. I am trying to log a complaint and all the consultants say is…. I have added to the notes… to add insult to injury I was forced to upgrade as I was told that my service was no longer available and if I had a problem I would not be assisted. I have been on hold for 3 minutes and no supervisor is available as they are all in morning meetings 😡 TELKOM
