Frustrated

I was living in Kathu in the northern cape and moved to Dwarskersbos in the western cape so I had to cancel my telkom phone which was on a contract but I am being penalised for terminating my contract which I find it to be very unfair as telkom cannot provide a service there. I contacted them and they said I cannot dispute the penalty because it is not their fault that I left Kathu, but the fact remains that they cannot provide a service, they do say that fibre is available here which is not so.
