FRUSTRATED

We have an ADSL line that reaches maximum speeds of between 0.11mb/s and 0.02mb/s. We have been contact with the call centre and the problem is yet to be resolved.<br> <br> Secondly I have been waiting for a month for my phone to return from repairs and nobody can tell me when it is expected back.<br> <br> Please deal with these matters urgently<br> <br> Thanks <br> Lee
