<p>I tried to change my surname for years and I finally got it right but now Telkom changed the spelling of my first name for no reason. I never asked them to touch my first name only surname. Please correct it. It is Yael not Yeal. Yael Dall. ********** 737</p>

Please also advise why I was still charged for DSL for Oct - Nov when I cancelled the DSL once the fibre was installed. I'm only using the fibre modem now and not the previous DSL modem which your engineers knew and we were called the following day to ask and we confirmed the DSL could be cancelled then. Thanks Yael
