Frustrated

<p>After telling their agent that we dont want a contract, (and he promised it was not one) I find we are in a 2 year contract, of a most useless unreliable product, trying to cancel this is a problem.</p> <p>Telkom, without permission or notification, dug up/damaged my paving, burst water pipes, and still the internet can NOT operate one day without failing many times, our 10meg line is at best 5, upload is a pathetic 0.3.</p> <p>I am not allowed to cancel the contract because there is still one year left, yet Telkom is in breach everyday multiple times.</p> <p>I have requested that they replace this with a wireless solution to no avail.</p> <p>This is best described as con artist, *********, sub standard *********. I will be finding alternative legal solutions to this. My mobile has a similar imcompetent story, this one fortunately has no contract, so its out.</p>
