FRUSTATION AND ***KEST SERVICE

OMG........TELKOM, your customer service is really ***. It's pathetic!!!! I have been trying to resolve my account issues with them for over a week. I've requested several callbacks because Telkom has suspended my account. I am unable to call them. After 2 weeks of waiting, an agent eventually calls and the line dies after 3 minutes. And my issue is still not resolved and still sitting with a suspended account.
