FRUAD

I am in a contract with Telkom and in December 2018 I disputed a debit order (I know then for 3 months it does not go off) so in January 2019 I paid my outstanding amount where there was once off charges, which I understand because of the fact that the December 2018 payment failed. In February 2019 I also made a payment but then a day later the debit order went off, I went to dispute the debit order because of the fact that I did pay my monthly payment over. Yet this month I received my bill which shows my payment as well as the debit order that was disputed but the balance is R0.00 and then they putt in this month's charge of R99.00 which I know I am entitled to pay, but they have also put in a once-off charge of R203.00 and when calling them they told me it was because of the fact that the debit order was disputed yet I explained to her that there was still a payment so they can't charge me that. She said that it stands on my contract yet when trying to get my contract from Telkom they can't help me.
