From R535 to R737 without my knowledge... How???
Something just doesn't add up here. i am on a plan with Telkom and pay R535 monthly. This morning i got an SMS stating that R736.7 will be deducted via debit order. How is this possible? how do i go from R535 to R737? I tried calling the customer care line but it requires me to send a WhatsApp. I want to be contacted on *** to hear what the reason is for this ridiculous amount. Beginning of Jan I got a text that I have not paid my account, which was odd as they had debitted my account. Then after a few days sent another text that they have received payment. My debit order goes off on the 25th every month.

22 Jan 2021, 13:23Telkom consultants have an "i dont know" attitude and it stinks. They do not send the necessary information and then have the audacity to charge R202 missed debit order fee. While they know very well that December is not like any other months. They debited my account on the 24th and obviously there were no funds then they now charge me an additional R202 towards this months fee.
