From Poor to NO SERVICE at All!
<p>14 days later after upgrading my Telkom contract & I still have not received my cellphone!</p> <p> </p> <p>The guy who upgraded me said it was going to take 7 days but clearly he ****.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have made countless call to telkom's Sales Team and spent rediculous amounts of time on hold and waiting to speak to consultants, I still did not receive any assistance!</p> <p> </p> <p>I wrote a complaint on hello peter 4 days ago and still nobody has helped me, nobody has called, SMSed or emailed me from Telkom to let me know why they are not delivering my phone!</p> <p> </p> <p>I just want my phone to be delivered to me and really don't understand why is taking so long and why is no one keeping me updated as this is clearly way above the normal turnaround time?</p> <p> </p> <p>I was given a refence number: A ********** 6</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone please help me urgently, I really need my phone now!!!!</p>
