From Perfect Service to ROTTEN POTATOES SERVICE

It's been over 3 months that my contract has expired I can't seem to cancel it been trying online, even called telkom but no help. When I called last they promised to assist nothing but promises on Telkom side account number *****consultant agreed to assist. I will not be renewing my contract because of bad service.
