From hero to zero...

<p>I moved house on the 1st of May. A week prior to that I app**** online to have my line relocated. It was a nightmare to get anything out of Telkom. Eventually after two weeks of threats the technician came out to my house only to tell me it won't be viable as my house is too far from the exchange. I thought I was going to throw up. The technician suggested LTE. Off I go to the Telkom shop in Galleria. I app**** and two days later I'm STILL waiting to hear if I've been approved! I need to have internet at home so I can do my job!!! I need this done before Monday but once again I'm being given the run-around. I used to suggest Telkom to EVERYONE. Now I look like an idiot. Can someone please sort out my application ASAP else I'll HAVE to</p> <p>find an alternative provider before I lose my job.</p>
