From good to APPALLING!
In January a man arrived to \upgrade our line"- my tenant signed the document to say he had upgraded the line and confirmed this would be no extra cost. Turns out the Telkom man created an additional account for us - extra R500 a month (using my ID number and my tenants signature). I call to cancel this in Jan (no luck)"
