From best company to unreliable.

I upgraded my contract to iPhone 13 actually I needed 14 but they gud but gave it on stock. During the upgrade process before I receive the phone, the consultant mentioned that should I be not satisfied with the phone I can cancel within the 7 days cooling off. I received the phone and was not happy I called to cancel. The consultant said I will receive the call and I did and was told to do it online. I then received the confirmation that it’s was cancelled. Few days after no news I called to check when will they collect and was told they will I mustn’t worry cause it’s now cancelled. They collect within 31 days. End of August nothing is happening. I called in the first week was send to different sections until one last was willing to assist, by then I had a billing if 19000 rand. The lady promised that she’ll file for collection of device and then they will waive the bill. The collection was done on the 14th of September but still I owe Telkom, I have no phone been calling with no help.
