From Bad to Worse to .............

<p>About Roughly Last year November 2016 i decided to take out a contract with Telkom Mobile. I told the sales consultant that i dont think that the contract is a "all networks" package, she convinced me it is. Struggling days therafter i went back to the store to return the devices and within the 7 day period and cancelled the contract due to the fact that all the consultants knowing nothing, and basically i knew their products better than them..........Telkom however tried deducting the monthly fees, every month i had to return the debit orders.I have called the contact centres to which none know the contract is cancelled. I am now being threatened by attorneys. I have proof of the cancellation of the contract and that i returned the devices for the contract.</p>
