Friendly service

Godfrey phoned my husband to follow up on a problem we were having with our phone line. He was so eager to help us so quickly that we initially thought it must be a ****. But when he arrived with his Telkom van he helped us so eagerly and was so friendly, even when he had to do so much manual labour. We should all strive to be like Godfrey and Telkom should be happy people like this are carrying their brand's name high.
