Friendly outstanding service
<p>My adsl has been off since Wednesday due to a server problem Telkom had. This morning I called and spoke to Tina Maphalala. Wow the lady made my Monday. She was extremely helpful and friendly. The remained calm and guided me throught the process. South Africa could use more people like Tina in call centres. </p>
