<p>I phoned Telkom Mobile and was assisted by a very friendly agent Phumla Zungu . Thank you so much for resolving my query. I phoned a month ago but it was never resolved.But thank God today I got through to someone who knows her job,I phoned the network angry and disappointed with Telkom Mobile but after speaking to Phumla I was a happy and satisfied Telkom Mobile customer again.</p>
